September 15, 2004 — Helix Ltd., a leading provider of fundraising software to charitable organizations, today announced the release of its new online volunteer matching software module. The new module, called “e-Volunteer,” is the first in the industry to integrate online volunteer matching functions with back-office donation processing and donor relationship management functions. This integration enables organizations to build stronger relationships with the members of their communities, by allowing individuals to donate money as well as time through a single customizable website that delivers a consistent brand and message. Helix partnered with United Way organizations in Toledo, Cincinnati, and Louisville to develop e-Volunteer. “We routinely work with our customers in order to develop solutions that meet their specific needs,” said Réal R.
