Although there are different types of leadership styles, we can usually define leadership in two distinct categories.
When most people think of a leader, they picture someone who is very well known and the head of a group. We might also tend to think about someone who is the best in sports or business. Tiger Woods leads the way in golf, while Apple products practically rule the portable music industry.
But contrary to what many people think, leadership is so much more than a person directing a group or leading in sports. Most people who try to lead groups will give orders or even try to trick people into doing what the “leader” wants.
