Installing a floor covering is often called as flooring. There is a wide range of flooring products available for example carpet, area rugs, stone, laminate, ceramic tile, hardwood and resilient flooring such as linoleum, cork and vinyl for covering the floor. The selection of material for floor covering is decided by factors like comfort, price, endurance, noise insulation and cleaning effort.
Carpet is such a floor covering which is favored by many homeowners for getting their home decorated. It is woven from natural or man made fibers. Some of them are called fitted carpets which are attached to the floor structure and extends wall-to-wall and cannot be moved from one place to other.
