Seattle Washington, August 4, 2002 — Veratron Corporation today announced the availability of the Trafasi security application, version 1.0, a strong software encryption program for wireless devices and Palm-based PDAs (personal digital assistant) with integrated eWallet and data storage capabilities. Trafasi 1.0 provides Palm OS based wireless device and PDA users with necessary security tools that allow them to restrict access to their device should it be lost or stolen. Trafasi 1.0 builds on the momentum established by the rapid adoption of PDAs and intelligent wireless phones (smart phones) and solves the growing concern of privacy.
